DeepBlue Dynamics builds open-source infrastructure. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our hosted services (deepbluedynamics.com, nuts.services, and associated subdomains).

What We Collect

For hosted services requiring authentication, we collect:

• Email address (via Google or GitHub OAuth)
• OAuth profile name (display purposes only)
• API token metadata (name, creation date, last-used hash — never the raw token)
• Service usage logs (request timestamps, endpoint paths, response codes)

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or device fingerprints.

Self-Hosted Deployments

If you run our software on your own infrastructure, we collect nothing. Your data stays on your hardware. That is the point.

How We Use Your Data

• Authentication and token management
• Service operation and abuse prevention
• Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics (no individual tracking)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law or to operate the service (e.g., Google Cloud infrastructure).

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us or deleting your account via the dashboard. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics pixels.
