DeepBlue Dynamics / Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By accessing or using DeepBlue Dynamics services (deepbluedynamics.com, nuts.services, and associated subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you're running our open-source software on your own infrastructure, these terms do not apply to you — your deployment, your rules.

Use of Hosted Services

You may use our hosted services for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the services to crawl, scrape, or attack systems you do not own or have permission to access
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
  • Use the services to generate, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Resell or sublicense API access without written permission

API Tokens

API tokens are bound to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your tokens. Do not share tokens. Revoke and rotate them if compromised. We reserve the right to revoke tokens that are used in violation of these terms.

Open Source Software

All DeepBlue Dynamics software is released under open-source licenses (see each repository for the specific license). These terms govern hosted service access only, not the software itself.

Availability

We provide hosted services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBlue Dynamics is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the Signal Log. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
